Currently, Italian Brainrot is primarily a single-player experience where you challenge yourself to achieve the highest score possible. While there isn't a direct multiplayer mode, you can compare scores with friends to see who can achieve the highest merge. We're considering adding more social and competitive features in future updates to enhance the multiplayer experience.
